GamersGear.us Return & Refund Policy

At GamersGear.us, we want every customer to love their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable (see Section 7).


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email our support team at hi@gamersgear.us or submit a request through our Contact page.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your item.

Do not send returns without requesting authorization, as they may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, GamersGear.us covers return shipping costs and provides a prepaid label.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days after approval.

  • If the item is returned in used or damaged condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect orders

  • Size/color issues (if variants are available)

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. Exchanges are shipped after the original item is received and inspected.


6. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • If the order ships before cancellation, you may still return it under our standard return policy.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products, game codes, or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair


8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

GamersGear.us is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
We recommend contacting the carrier directly. However, we will assist you in filing a claim where possible.


10. Warranty Information

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s procedures unless otherwise stated.
