Thank you for shopping at GamersGear.us! We are committed to delivering your gaming gear quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer nationwide shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance and your location.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

All 50 U.S. states

U.S. Territories (where available)

APO/FPO military addresses (delivery times may vary)
International shipping may be added in the future.
5. Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

Check with neighbors or building management

Verify your shipping address

Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early
GamersGear.us is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed. However, we will gladly assist in filing a carrier claim.
Delayed Packages
Weather events, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons may extend delivery times.
Unfortunately, these delays are outside our control.
Incorrect Address
If an order is placed with an incorrect address:

If the order has not shipped, we can correct the address.

If it has shipped, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees once the package is returned to us.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to certain states or territories due to:

Manufacturer limitations
Any restrictions will be listed on the product page.
7. Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@gamersgear.us

Include your order number + photos/videos of damage

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you
8. Pre-Order & Backorder Items
If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item:

The estimated ship date will appear on the product page

Your entire order may ship together once all items are available

You may request split shipping (additional shipping fees may apply)
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. shipments, all taxes are calculated at checkout.
International purchases (if enabled in the future) may incur customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
